Synapze is on a mission to reduce friction in the customer onboarding process for financial services companies using the power of AI/NLP. We believe that by automating key decision-making points in the customer journey, we can help speed up the time to market for new products and services, and improve customer satisfaction.

Synapze was founded in 2021 by a team of experienced engineers who saw an opportunity to use technology to make the financial services industry more efficient and customer friendly. We have offices in Greater Munich Metropolitan region and our team is passionate about using technology to make a difference in the world.

Synapze started out as autogramm.io with a strong focus on contract analytics using AI and quickly pivoted towards an end-to-end automation solution while staying true to the conviction that manual and repetitive work which has high impact on organizations and people has to be automated with the advances in AI. autogramm.io was renamed to Synapze at the end of 2022 to do better justice to the mission and vision of the founders.

Although the startup focuses on decision-making and intelligence on the enterprise side, the conviction remains that these processes will have to be far more customer-centric. Therefore, a decentralized decision-making architecture as proposed by Synapze, with data privacy as the key driver, remains the ultimate goal.
